Brine Chiller

The brine solution is often run via a heat exchanger to absorb heat from the process or application before being pumped to a cooling source, such as a refrigeration system, where it is released and cooled back to its original temperature.

Our dedicated crew worked hard to create the brine chiller systems. We employ glycol at low temperatures to raise the temperature to an operational temperature. Clients can choose from a variety of refrigerants, including R-22), R-407c, and R-134a. Both R-407c and R-134a are environmentally friendly refrigerants that do not deplete ozone.

Water Cooled Brine Chillers are available with a variety of compressors, including single-stage open type/double-stage open type, double-stage semi-hermetic, and single-stage screw, depending on the size.
